The National Automobile Dealer’s Association (NADA) show in Orlando was a huge success for 2013. The mood was energetic and upbeat, with an increase in exhibitor and attendee registration from last year. The overall industry seems to be on a rebound and interest in automated car washing was one of the hot topics on the floor. “The dealers are moving towards tunnel washing to meet increasing service volumes and become more efficient”, said Bob MacNeil at the show. “The MacNeil booth was continuously busy with dealers looking for ways to improve their customer service.”
