In 2002, MacNeil re-introduced the top brush to car wash technology. The Evolution quickly proved effective in top surface cleaning in addition to assisting on the backs of SUVs. The RS-1000 Top Brush’s reliable, safe operation has gained the trust of operators, with over 1000 in operation today.
The Evolution Saves Space
The Evolution Top Brush has a single leg design to give your wash a clean look and allow for placement of other equipment around the top brush, saving critical tunnel space. The single leg design also allows for the installation of two top brush units back to back to deliver superior cleaning results in just over the footprint of one unit. While one brush rotates forward, the other brush rotates backward, reaching areas not attainable by a single brush. This combination is particularly effective when cleaning the backs of SUVs and other large vehicles because the two brushes work as a team and follow the shape of the vehicle more closely.
The Evolution is Safe
The Evolution Top Brush is balanced and relies on low cleaning pressures, ensuring a gentle, yet effective wash. It also features cushion cylinders which ease the brush into wash position and retract position, reducing wear and tear on the equipment.
The Evolution is the only top brush with advanced vehicle sensing technology for automatic, safe pickup truck bed retraction. This eliminates the possibility of the brush entering an open bed of a pickup truck and picking up debris, which could damage another vehicle.
