Like all MacNeil brushes, each wrap is fully covered with closed cell foam, ensuring no metal is exposed. Likewise, unique to MacNeil, the foam is mounted perpendicular to the core to eliminate any chance of becoming core bound.
Exclusive to MacNeil, our technology provides precision control of all wrap functions, allowing feather-light side pressures of less than 10 psi, while also incorporating pre-programmed pressure increases for full rear coverage at high line speeds.
