MacNeil's Magnum Pumping Stations are designed to address two main industry concerns: excessive wear / short product life and loud back room noise. MacNeil's engineers recognized that these two problems stem from the same source, but no one has ever done anything to fix them. The industry has accepted the fact that pumping stations are loud and require consistent maintenance or new parts due to excessive vibration.
That's not the MacNeil way. Why keep paying for maintenance, new parts, and replacement products again and again when you can just invest smart in the beginning - and save in the long run. Unlike other pumping stations on the market, MacNeil's Magnum Pumping Stations separate the motor from the frame, and incorporate Isolastic Suspension. This patent pending design feature prohibits damaging vibrations and produces significantly lower operating noise than competitive models. This also keeps back room noise levels at a tolerable conversation level.
Magnum Pumping Stations also incorporate MacNeil's patent pending laser straight belt tensioning system, which provides operators control over belt alignment and reduces belt wear. They can be operated with fresh or reclaim water, require minimal back room space, and incorporate several additional design features for longer product life and greater performance.
