Helix Cross Cleaning System
Designed to help reduce or eliminate the need for manual prep labor, the Helix Cross Cleaning System delivers a high-pressure pre-wash, blasting snow, ice and heavy dirt off of vehicles before they enter the brushes. It can also be placed later in the tunnel to provide high-pressure rinsing.
The Helix arch can feature as few as 2 or 3 units and as many as 7. Each Helix spray head contains 8 zero-degree nozzles to provide a concentrated, pressurized spray of water. When combined with MacNeil brushes, the Helix improves overall cleaning performance by addressing the hard-to-clean areas, while the brushes provide a second pass and wipe away what the Helix loosened.
All 7 units are mounted on a single arch and angle appropriately to provide full vehicle coverage. For superior cleaning power, the Helix features a patented oscillating head which rotates to provide a 3-dimensional spray pattern, without the use of swivels. Likewise, the bottom units also incorporate a following feature for greater wheel cleaning and the top units pivot to follow the vehicle as it progresses through the tunnel.
