MacNeil Envirosoft Foam Wash Material
Envirosoft closed cell foam wash material is used on all MacNeil brushes to provide a quiet, safe and gentle wash that enhances the finish of the vehicle, leaving a shine that is unmatched.
In 2001, MacNeil Wash Systems made a bold move and switched from the industry standard - cloth. As the industry was moving toward touchless washing to eliminate the damages associated with cloth, MacNeil recognized that great washing still required friction.
After extensive research and design, MacNeil's engineers had developed a wash material that not only cleaned better than cloth and touchless washing, but also significantly reduced damage claims. MacNeil's Envirosoft foam has a unique shape and is mounted onto the brushes in a way that prevents it from wrapping around vehicle protrusions, reducing the number of potential problem situations in your wash. The foam also fully surrounds the brush core so no metal comes into contact with your customers' vehicles.
In addition to its immediate safety features, Envirosoft foam does not absorb water or grit, so it cannot scratch vehicles, is not loud and intimidating for customers, and does not weigh down the equipment.
