MacNeil Wash Systems uses Electric Drive technology - or Quiet Drive - on all brushes. Going all electric drive provides many key benefits. Longevity
The soft start feature and overload protection extend the life of all components by allowing the motor and gear box to spool up when starting, or stall should the equipment meet too much resistance while washing. This eliminates the torque that occurs with hard starts and stops.
Safety
Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) technology allows for overload protection during operations, providing the same safety feature as hydraulics, at half of the operating cost.
