MacNeil Stainless Steel Bearings
Reduced maintenance, longer life
Stainless steel bearings are used on all MacNeil equipment to ensure longevity and to simplify operator maintenance. Unlike most equipment manufacturers that use carbon steel bearings, MacNeil uses all stainless steel bearings to reduce the need for regular greasing (typically used to force water out of the bearing) and to withstand harsh car wash environments. MacNeil bearings require minimal amounts of grease for lubrication purposes only, reducing the possibility of blown seals that can result from over greasing.
